Batchless Management Helper (BMH) is a browser extension designed to assist Designated School Officials (DSOs) and Responsible Officers (ROs) in managing student and scholar data within the Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS) portal. Key functionalities of the Extension include:
* Scraping and organizing student profiles and SEVIS data.
* Assisting with the automation of registration, reporting, and form-filling on the SEVIS site.
* Integrating with Google (Gmail) or Microsoft (Graph) accounts to send and track email communications with students directly from the browser sidebar.

### 2. Eligibility & User Responsibilities
* **Authorized Access Only:** The Service is intended exclusively for use by DSOs, ROs, or other authorized personnel acting under U.S. federal regulations governing student and exchange visitor programs.
* **Compliance:** You represent and warrant that your use of the Service complies with all applicable U.S. federal laws, regulations, and institutional policies, including but not limited to Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) regulations and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) rules.
* **Data Verification:** You acknowledge that the Extension is an assistive productivity tool. **You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all data** before submitting it to the official SEVIS system. Batchless Management Helper (BMH) is not responsible for data entry errors, submission failures, or any subsequent regulatory or legal issues arising from the use of the Service.

#### Limited Use Policy Compliance
Batchless Management Helper (BMH)'s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the **Limited Use** requirements.
Specifically:
* **Local Processing:** All Google data (such as emails sent or received) is processed and stored locally within your browser session.
